Jeremy C. Sharpe

Jerry Sharpe is a shareholder whose practice emphasizes real estate transactions. 

Mr. Sharpe’s practice has included advising a number of clients regarding all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and sales, commercial loans, commercial leases, subdivision platting, and condominium and townhome developments. His clients include developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and other business entities that become involved in real estate transactions in connection with the operation of their businesses.

Mr. Sharpe is a long-standing member of the Title Standards Committee of the Real Estate and Title Law Section of  the Iowa State Bar Association.

Mr. Sharpe has authored articles and presented for continuing legal education seminars statewide on various issues related to real estate law.  He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners for his real estate practice.
