Thomas L. Flynn
Tom Flynn is a shareholder of the firm whose practice emphasizes banking law, gaming law, bankruptcy law, real estate law and corporate law.
Mr. Flynn is a frequent lecturer in his areas of emphasis to groups of bankers, attorneys, regulatory officials and other interested parties. He is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. Further, he has served as a bankruptcy trustee since 1972. In addition, he serves on the Land Title Standards Section and Commercial Law Section of the Iowa Bar Association.
