William D. Bartine
William D. Bartine is a shareholder of Belin McCormick of Des Moines, Iowa. The focus of his practice is commercial real estate transactions and development law.
Mr. Bartine is a 1977 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, with high distinction. He is a past Council Member (1990-1993 and 1997-2000) and Chair (1992-1993) of the Real Estate and Title Law Section of the Iowa State Bar Association. He is a current member of the Title Standards Committee (1984-current) and a past member of the Newsletter Committee (2000-2008) of the Real Estate and Title Law Section of the Iowa State Bar Association. Mr. Bartine is also a member of the American Bar Association's Real Property and Probate Committee, and a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Mr. Bartine is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars.
