Garth D. Adams
Garth Adams is a shareholder of the firm who practices primarily in the areas of venture capital, mergers, acquisitions and general corporate law. Mr. Adams devotes approximately one-half of his practice to corporate transactions and one-half of his practice to providing general corporate advice to his clients. Mr. Adams has advised and assisted in the negotiation of several hundred corporate transactions and contracts, virtually all as lead counsel.
Mr. Adams is a recipient of an AV® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, a member of both the New York and Iowa bars, and passed the Certified Public Accountant examination. He has been recognized for his corporate practice by Chambers and Partners and Best Lawyers in America®.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Adams practiced at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City.
