Dean Vaidya Krishna

Dean Krishna is an associate in the firm's corporate and tax practice groups.  Dean has experience handling complex legal matters involving taxation, trusts, estate planning and corporate law. 

Dean recently completed an LL.M. degree in taxation at New York University, where he was a member of the Tax Law Review.  Dean previously practiced at the Philadelphia office of Dechert LLP.
