David Swinton
David Swinton is a shareholder of the firm who practices primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation. Mr. Swinton has extensive experience as lead counsel in trial and appellate matters in both state and federal court. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners for his litigation practice.
Following his graduation from the University of Iowa in 1977, Mr. Swinton attended law school at Duke University, graduating with distinction in 1981. Prior to joining Belin McCormick, Mr. Swinton was a partner at the Des Moines law firm of Ahlers & Cooney.
