New Attorney: Welcome, Laura Wasson

Laura Wasson joins Belin McCormick, P.C. representing businesses and financial institutions in corporate and regulatory matters. Before joining Belin McCormick, Laura practiced at two prominent law firms where she developed a broad and sophisticated practice advising clients on business transactions and compliance matters. Additionally, Laura spent nearly four years as lead internal counsel to the Honorable Stephen H. Locher for the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Iowa. Her time with the District Court informs her transactional practice and rounds out her ability to advise clients on transactional matters with litigation risk.
